• I agree to the processing of my personal data by Logintrade S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (KRS: 0000438056) in order to ensure the performance of the tasks of the System Administrator related to the processing of personal data within the operation of the Procurement Platform, and by LT Serwis sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000311815), in order to enable the Operator of the Platform to perform their tasks related to ensuring the proper functioning of the Procurement Platform. At the same time I declare that I have read the information about the administrator and the rights of the data subject, whose personal data is processed by Logintrade S.A., contained in item 8 of the Regulations of the Platform. *
• I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Administrator Miasto Włocławek for the purpose related to the consideration of the offer on the Purchase Platform Miasto Włocławek. At the same time I declare that I have read the information about the administrator and the rights of the person whose personal data are processed by the Administrator, placed below and in point 8 of the Regulations. *

  Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR) we inform that:

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data is Miasto Włocławek.
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller on the basis of your consent only for the sole purpose of ensuring the consideration of the offer.
  3. With respect to the data of Suppliers, Business Partners and the Administrator's Clients registered on the Procurement Platform https://umwloclawek.logintrade.net administratorem jest również Logintrade S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (ul.   4. Your data will be processed by Logintrade S.A. And LT Serwis sp.z o.o on the basis of your consent for the sole purpose of ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks of the Procurement Platform.
  5. Your personal data is processed for the period necessary for the performance of the service.
  6. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify, erase or limit their processing and rectification, and the right to object to the processing and to transfer the data.
  7. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not affect the processing, which was carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.

  12. Please be advised that the Controller, Logintrade S.A. and LT Serwis sp. z o.o. do not envisage the processed data to be made available to any recipients of this data.
  13. The administrator does not allow the use of the services listed in these Rules anonymously or under a pseudonym.
  14. Your personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
