Przedmiotem zamówienia jest prenumerata i dostawa 41 tytułów prasowych w wersji papierowej i elektronicznej do Urzędu Miasta Włocławek na
2026 rok, własnym transportem i na koszt Wykonawcy (dotyczy wydań w formie papierowej), we wszystkie dni robocze (od poniedziałku do piątku) do godziny 7:00, do budynku Urzędu Miasta przy: Zielonym rynku 11/13. Wydania tytułów prasowych sobotnie i z innych dni wolnych od pracy, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć własnym transportem i na własny koszt do godz. 7:00, w pierwszy dzień roboczy następujący po dniu wolnym od pracy.Szczegółowy przedmiot zamówienia zawiera wzór umowy stanowiący załącznik do niniejszego zapytania. Dodatkowo do postępowania załączony jest wykaz rodzajowo-ilościowy tytułów prasowych na 2026 rok.
UWAGA - W formularzu należy wpisać cenę netto (należy wpisać odpowiedni VAT do danego tytułu) dostawy i prenumeraty 1 egzemplarza danego tytułu prasowego w ciągu całego roku (obejmuje wszystkie wydania tytułu w ciągu roku).
