Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany do zapłaty Zamawiającemu kary umownej za odstąpienie od realizacji zamówienia przez Wykonawcę z przyczyn niezależnych od Zamawiającego w wysokości 10 % wartości całkowitej brutto zamówienia.
Zobowiązania z tytułu kar umownych Wykonawcy mogą być potrącane z wynagrodzenia za realizację przedmiotu zamówienia, bez dodatkowego wezwania do zapłaty.
